Booking Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed with our agency by completing the online booking form or contacting our office directly. See bottom of site for office phone number. Rescheduling Policy To reschedule an appointment, you must provide direct notice to Mohammad at least 12 hours in advance. Notice should be given via email or phone to ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment. Cancellation Policy To cancel an appointment, you must provide direct notice to Mohammad at least 12 hours in advance. Please contact Mohammad directly to discuss any cancellations or to address concerns. 4. Late Arrivals Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation time or a need to reschedule. Fees and Payments All fees must be settled according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Detailed invoices will be provided for transparency.
