Shortly following the foundation inspection, a foundation inspection report is provided with a cost-effective foundation repair plan. CONSULTATION CALL
After you submit your information, we schedule a consultation call. During this we discuss your project in detail, outline our services, and set up a timeline to complete your project. After your consultation, we send an invoice detailing the project and the cost of services. Upon receiving deposit payment we begin to work with you on your project.

FOUNDATION INSPECTION
ArtIBuild will come to your home and complete a thorough inspection. During our evaluation, we gather historical information on your home, take measurements, identify stressors inside and outside your home, and inspect the outside conditions. The services we provide are based on the custom project requirements

INSPECTION REPORT & REPAIR PLAN
Your custom report will determine if your home is performing within structural guidelines and a reporting plan to determine how to accomplish your project. You will be provided with structural drawings and design plans to receive city approval and contractor bids.
