CONSULTATION CALL
After you submit your information, we schedule a consultation call. During this we discuss your project in detail, outline our services, and set up a timeline to complete your project. After your consultation, we send an invoice detailing the project and the cost of services. Upon receiving deposit payment we begin to work with you on your project.

ON-SITE EVALUATION
ArtIBuild will come to your home and complete a thorough inspection. During our evaluation, we will inspect your land's elevation, drainage, landscaping, and water levels to provide you with a comprehensive report and plan prior to construction.

INSPECTION REPORT & REPAIR PLAN
Your custom report will determine how your land should be constructed within structural guidelines and a reporting plan to determine how to accomplish construction. You will be provided with structural drawings and design plans to receive city approval and contractor bids.
