Project Engineer
With nearly 10 years of civil engineering experience and a strong focus on structural engineering, Firooz has honed his experience in delivering innovative structural engineering solutions. His experience and technical prowess enables him to tackle complex structural and civil design challenges while delivering robust, efficient solutions.

His comprehensive understanding of engineering principles allows him to expertly plan, design, and oversee the construction of residential and commercial structures. Firooz is highly skilled in a wide range of engineering software and produces detailed, high-quality drawings and models. Firooz's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him successful in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
THERESA CRAIG
State Licensed Professional Inspector
Theresa comes from a long background in residential construction, landing her first job as an electrician at the age of 18. It wasn't long before her passion for quality workmanship paved the way for inspecting new home construction. She is now a licensed Professional Inspector and is most notable for her extensive knowledge of residential construction and structural design. She has been the owner of New Vision Home Inspections since 2020 and provides invaluable knowledge to ensure client projects are successful.
FRANK ADAME
State Licensed Professional Inspector
Being a Texas Native, Frank understands the Texas landscape as well as the back of his hand. He has been a licensed home inspector for 14, providing clients with invaluable knowledge in ensuring structural compliance. Frank maintains additional licenses and certifications for HVAC, electrical, Level One Post Tension Inspector, pool and septic, architectural design, remodeling plans design, and Energy Compliance Plans Examiner. He continues his thirst for knowledge by continuously taking engineering courses at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Frank was previously the President of a North Texas Inspector Chapter for 3 years, served on the Board of Directors for the state inspector group, Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector Association, and served on several Texas County First Time Homebuyer Community Boards for 8 years.
