At 805 Lloyd’s Rd in Little Elm, our team prepared the full site development plan for a multi-block townhouse community consisting of 13 blocks, each designed as three-story residential units. The scope of work included site planning with coordinated building layouts, circulation planning for both vehicular and pedestrian access, and code-compliant parking design to meet city zoning and fire department requirements. We incorporated fire lanes, emergency access routes, and ADA-compliant pathways to ensure safety and accessibility. Additionally, we planned community features such as a central children’s park and open green space, which were integrated into the circulation network to promote livability and neighborhood cohesion. The design emphasized compliance with municipal development standards while delivering a functional, safe, and community-oriented residential environment.
